Calderwood Real Estate is a unique and growing real estate development company that advises, co-invests and develops solar energy solutions and process optimizations for small businesses across Maine.
Our Goal
Our goal is to help small businesses to realize the potential of their companies through solar monetization and continuous improvement. We work with construction and energy companies to bring money-saving solutions to small businesses with less than 100 employees. Industries served include power, HVAC, marine, manufacturing, automotive, fire suppression, and electrical.
Our Services
Our services include (a) Advisory: We assist small businesses with energy efficiency, HVAC systems engineering, and solar asset valuations. (b) Investing: We co-invest in solar facilities, building solar electrical systems to sell directly to the business and/or the grid, (c) Technology: We write custom operating software to optimize land use and eliminate excess energy consumption. We also advise businesses on how to best streamline their operating processes to eliminate waste.
